This beta collects the information you submit in your application, rider profile, inventory, loadouts, feedback, and essential product events needed to understand whether the service works.

Why we process it

We use this information to recruit and support beta testers, operate your account, save your loadouts, improve compatibility rules, and measure the core beta funnel. We do not sell personal data.

Storage and access

Application and product data is stored with managed infrastructure in the European region where configured. Access is limited to the G.Loadout operator and service providers needed to run the beta.

Images and affiliate links

Manual gear photos remain associated with your account. Offer clicks are recorded before you leave G.Loadout; the retailer's own privacy and cookie policies apply after the redirect.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion through the beta feedback channel. Activated accounts also include a confirmed deletion control. Replace this beta notice with legal counsel-reviewed company and controller details before public recruitment.
